Processes associated with the accumulation and processing of all data are aimed at guaranteeing you a feeling of complete security and lawfulness of processing at a level appropriate to the applicable Polish law protection of personal data , including the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council 2016/679 of 27 April 2016. In on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC – i.e. GDPR .

What data do we process?

We process only those data that you shared , and we denote as required . Most of the personal data we process is transferred directly to us for one of the following reasons:

– we serve as a customer processing entity that is the administrator of your data and this data has been made available to us in the scope of cooperation binding us with the customer

Whenever we process your personal data, we must have so-called “Legal basis” . The legal bases stem directly from the provisions of the law (GDPR) , below are the ones on which we are based:

– Legitimate interests: only if the processing is necessary for our business and it does not interfere with the right to respect your privacy, e.g. to improve the quality of our services

How do we use your personal data?

For example, if you do not provide us with your data, we will not be able to contact you in this way or we will not be able to enable you to use the solutions or services we provide.

We do not send you marketing messages if you do not want to , but if you use the services we provide, we may send you messages related to this service.

Who can have access to your data?

This may be the service provider with whom we work , and who help us in providing products and services that you expect from us or support us in the business . These entities process personal data on our behalf and must meet high security standards. We only share information that allows them to provide us services or facilitate their provision to you .

Transfer of data to the so-called third country

In achieving the objectives of the processing described above , in principle we do not transfer your data outside the European Economic Area (EEA) . Whenever your data can be outside the EEA, we will inform you.

How long do we keep your data?

We store your data only for a strictly defined period and necessary to achieve the purposes of processing and in accordance with the relevant provisions. We never store personal data longer than is necessary. However, in some cases, we are obliged to store personal data , even for up to 6 years from the termination of the relationship due to the periods of limitation legal or applicable law , for example: Tax.

Is there an obligation to provide data?

Providing data is necessary to complete the order , provide the service or send the information ordered .

To view the content of the Website, it is not required to provide any data.

Your processing rights

Pursuant to the provisions of the personal data protection law, you have specific rights regarding processing your personal data.

Right of access

You have the right to find out if and how we use or store your personal data – so-called right of access. By exercising this right, you can also ask us for a copy of your data.

You can question the accuracy of the data we process and ask for it to be corrected . This is called the “right to rectification” . If your data is incomplete, you can also ask us to complete it, e.g. by adding new information.

You can ask us to delete your data and in some circumstances we must do it. This entitlement is also known as “The right to be forgotten ” . This right is not absolute and applies, among others in the following circumstances, when:
– we no longer need your data
– you initially agreed to the processing, but now you have withdrawn it
– you objected to the use of your data
– we processed your data unlawfully
We may refuse you the right to “be forgotten” in the following circumstances:
– when we are legally required to store your data

– the storage of data is necessary for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims

Right to limit data processing

You have the right to limit the way we use your data, especially

if you are concerned about the truthfulness of the data or how it is used. If necessary, you can also request removal of some information about you. This right is closely related to your rights to question the accuracy of your data and the opportunity to object to its use.

Right to object to processing

Under certain circumstances, you have the right to object to the processing (use) of your data. If your objection is well founded, we must stop using your data for the purpose for which it was originally processed, unless we are able to provide reasons justifying further use of your data despite the reservations.

You have the absolute right to object to the use of your data for direct marketing. In this case, if you object, we will absolutely stop using your data for this purpose.

Right to data portability

You have the right to obtain your personal data in an accessible and readable way on your computer, e.g. as a csv file . You also have the right to ask us to transfer your data to another entity – we will do it if the transfer is, as the GDPR says, “technically feasible” . This right applies only to information that you have provided to us and is processed in electronic form.

Right to withdraw consent

If your data are processed on the basis of granted permission you can additionally benefit from the rights and withdrawal this permission, any time – but that withdrawal does not affect the compliance process before making withdrawal.

Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority

Exercise of your rights

You can ask for the exercise of your rights in oral , written or electronic form . If you give us your request orally, we recommend that you also send it in writing or by email to ensure a clear trace of correspondence. It will also provide us with clear evidence of your actions and allow you to respond in accordance with your expectations as soon as possible.

We do not charge for the implementation of your rights and we try to provide information within a period of no more than a month – if it turns out that we will need more time we will inform you about it.

The viewed resources are identified by URL addresses. In addition, the following may be subject to registration:

– information about errors that occurred during the implementation of the http transaction
– URL of the page previously visited by the user ( referrer link) – in the case where there has been a transition to the service by reference, information about the user’s browser
